To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive, including any trading or investment loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Content, or any decision or action taken in reliance on them. This applies whatever the cause or legal theory (contract, tort including negligence, strict liability or otherwise), even if the Operator was advised that such loss was possible.
Because the Site is free, if any liability is found despite the above, the Operator's total liability to you for all claims will not exceed zero (USD 0), or, where the law does not allow that, the smallest amount the law permits.
